Comprehensive Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) Antenna

Antenna Experts designs and manufactures fully compliant, ground-based Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) antennas for the aviation industry. Engineered to provide exceptional reliability in low-visibility conditions, these highly directive antennas radiate asymmetrically shaped and steered patterns. This radio navigation system is essential for guiding aircraft down the proper slope to the touchdown area, ensuring safer, smoother, and more precise landings.

Antenna Experts manufactures various type of Instrument Landing Systems Antenna ILS Antenna which includes horizontal polarized omni instrument landing systems antenna for 106-120MHz band for VOR/DVOR application, 3 elements horizontal polarized ILS yagi antenna, 5 elements horizontal polarized ILS yagi antenna, ILS horizontal polarized directional glide slope antenna from 328-336MHz band for monitoring the signal of a localizer array used in air navigation instrument landing systems.

AE manufactures a fully compliant ground based Instrument Landing Systems Antennas ILS Antenna for the Aviation Industry. Our ILS antenna systems first of all, is works highly directive manner in which signals are radiated to approaching aircraft with exceptional reliability. All of our instrument landing systems antenna produce asymmetrically shaped and steered patterns to provide safer, smoother and more precise landings at airports wherever they are installed.

Antenna Experts ILS antenna is used to land an aircraft when visibility is poor. This radio navigation system guides the aircraft down a slope to the touch down area on the runway. Multiple radio transmissions can be used that enable an exact approach to landing with an Instrument Landing Systems Antenna. A localizer is one of the radio transmissions.

Instrument Landing Systems Antenna Antenna is used to provide horizontal guidance to the center line of the runway. A separate glideslope broadcast provides vertical guidance of the aircraft down the proper slope to the touch down point. Compass locator transmissions for outer and middle approach marker beacons aid the pilot in intercepting the approach navigational aid system. Marker beacons provide distance from the-runway information. Together, all of these radio signals make an ILS a very accurate and reliable means for landing aircraft.

328-336MHz Precision Glide Slope Antenna GS-328-336-10

Our horizontal polarized 10dBi directional glide slope antennas operate in the 328-336MHz band, providing vital vertical guidance to approaching aircraft. Designed to withstand severe environments, the GS-328-336-10 model features collinear dipoles mounted in front of a corner reflector and sealed in a fiberglass radome. Constructed with 6063T6 ultra-corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, marine-grade stainless steel hardware, and a low-loss RF distribution system, this antenna supports an increased flow of air traffic with highly accurate instrument flight rules (IFR) guidance.

Antenna Experts ILS glide slope antenna GS-328-336-10 is horizontal polarized 10dBi directional antenna used for Instrument Landing Systems. The ILS glide slope antenna consist of 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural anodized aluminum alloy and marine grade stainless steel mounting hardware. The antenna is supplied with international orange color powder coating finish.

The ILS glide slope antenna GS-328-336-10 assembly consists of number of collinear dipoles mounted in front of a corner reflector, which together form the shaped horizontal and vertical patterns of the antenna. Radiating elements of ILS glide slope antenna GS-328-336-10 are sealed in fiberglass rarome to minimize environmental effects.

The entire RF distribution/combiner system of glide slope antenna GS-328-336-10 as well as the integral monitor are constructed using low loss, phase stable, semi-rigid coaxial cable which provides less sensitivity to environmental changes. The GS-328-336-10 ILS glide slope/path antennas has been designed and manufactured by us to provide highly accurate guidance information to an approaching aircraft while permitting increased flow of aircraft traffic in the vicinity of the GP tower.

Our ILS glide slope antenna GS-328-336-10 Glide Slope / Path Antennas are used to provide vertical guidance to aircraft during approach and landing of an aircraft under instrument fight rules. The Instrument Landing Systems Glides Slope Antennas are designed to withstand 200 Km/Hr wind rating, temperature range of -40oC to 70°C, and 95% humidity. All elements are sealed in fiberglass enclosure.
