High Gain VHF, UHF, and Microwave Yagi Antenna

Antenna Experts manufactures a diverse range of high-gain yagi antennas engineered for the 75MHz, 150MHz, 350MHz, 450MHz, 550MHz, 650MHz, 700MHz (including lower 700MHz), 850MHz, 1450MHz, 1850MHz, and 2450MHz frequency bands. Utilizing an innovative modern design, these VHF, UHF, and microwave antennas maintain exceptionally low VSWR and high efficiency through a specialized feed system that completely eliminates the need for a folded dipole. Every highly directional antenna is strictly factory-tuned, requiring zero field adjustments prior to deployment.

Corrosion-Resistant Yagi Antenna Construction

To guarantee structural longevity, the radiating elements, supporting booms, and adjoining metal castings are constructed entirely from 6063T6 ultra-corrosion-resistant architectural anodized aluminum alloys. A supplementary powder-coating finish provides an extra layer of defense against severe environmental conditions. The feed point radiator is securely enclosed within a protective Nylon housing designed to prevent moisture ingress and minimize pattern distortion, while the versatile mounting hardware is cast from heavy-duty type 316 marine-grade stainless steel.

Digital TV Gap-Filler Yagi Antenna

The YR series is specifically engineered for digital TV gap-filler applications across the 470-860 MHz frequency band. The YR-575 yagi with reflector is optimized for vertically polarized power repeaters and low-power horizontally polarized gap-fillers within the 518-630MHz spectrum (channels 27-40). These robust wireless re-emitter solutions provide critical signal coverage for blind and shadow zones, making them ideal for integration in expressways, railway networks, tunnels, rural countrysides, multi-story buildings, and elevator shafts.

RRBS Broadband Yagi Antenna

Designed to meet the exact technical requirements of Remote Rural Broadband Systems (RRBS), the AY-550 and AY-650 high-gain yagi antennas operate flawlessly within the 512-608 MHz and 614-698 MHz bands (TV channels 21 to 51). For network deployments demanding increased gain and signal isolation, these antennas can be paired with a specialized trough reflector. This configuration maximizes the front-to-back ratio and significantly suppresses side lobes, ensuring focused, interference-free broadband delivery to remote areas.

Reflector Integration and Structural Rigidity

To achieve superior front-to-back ratios and robust side lobe suppression, these antennas utilize rigid grid or trough reflectors permanently welded to the support boom to withstand extreme wind loads. Despite their high performance, the small overall surface area of the yagi minimizes wind resistance and conserves critical tower loading capacity. Furthermore, the integrated N-termination is securely fixed directly onto the driven element to maintain signal integrity and prevent cable wear under heavy environmental stress.

Yagi Antenna Mounting and Shipping Logistics

The marine-grade mounting hardware supports seamless installation on both vertical and horizontal structural members, allowing operators to easily configure the antennas for either horizontal or vertical polarization. To optimize global shipping and handling, the grid and trough reflectors are supplied in two segments that can be quickly assembled in under two minutes using standard hand tools. For transit efficiency, VHF models are packed with their elements removed from the boom, whereas UHF models are delivered in a pre-assembled format for immediate deployment.

Antenna Experts OEM & EOU of high gain yagi antenna for VHF Low Band, VHF High Band, UHF Band and Microwave frequency bands. Our VHF Yagi antenna, UHF Yagi Antenna and Microwave Yagi Antenna design reflects innovative modern antenna construction. The mounting hardware of VHF UHF High Gain Yagi antenna is made of type 316 marine grade stainless steel. Antenna Experts also manufactures high gain yagi with reflector for digital TV gap-filler application for 470-860 MHz frequency band.

Special mounting hardware permit to mount the vhf uhf high gain yagi antenna either Horizontal or Vertical polarization. These High Gain Yagi Antenna are highly directional, comes factory tuned and does not require any field adjustment. The feed point radiator of yagi antenna is enclosed in a Nylon housing designed to protect against severe environmental conditions and minimize pattern distortion.

Antenna Experts manufactures YR series of high gain yagi antennas for wireless digital TV gap-filler application. The YR-575 yagi with reflector is highly suitable for vertical polarized power repeater application and low-power horizontal polarized digital TV gap-filler application from channel 27-40 frequency 518-630MHz band. Wireless digital TV gap-filler (Re-emitter) provides effective solutions for blind zones and shadowy zones. Yagi with reflector is mainly used in expressways, railways, tunnels, country sides, homes, multi-stories buildings and elevators.

The unique design of the high gain yagi antenna feed which works as matching device to keep the VSWR low resulting in increased efficiency of the high gain yagi with reflector. The mounting hardware supplied facilitates mounting on either vertical or horizontal members. The grid reflector supplied in two segments for easy of shipping and handling. The yagi with reflector is highly suitable where high front to back ratio and high side lobe suppression are required.

Radiating elements and grid reflector members of YR series high gain yagi’s are permanently welded to the support boom making it highly rigid and to withstand the high wind load. The complete YR-575 yagi antenna with reflector have been constructed in high quality 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural anodized aluminum alloys to prevent corrosion.

Our AY-550 and AY-650 high gain yagi antennas are highly suitable for technical requirements for Remote Rural Broadband Systems (RRBS) operating in the bands 512-608 MHz and 614-698 MHz (TV channels 21 to 51). For higher gain these antennas can supplied with trough reflector to increase the front to back ratio and minimize the side lobes. The trough reflector is supplied in two segments for easy of shipping and handling and can be assembled in less than 2 minutes with simple hand tools.

The high gain yagi antenna with reflector uses special feed which eliminates the use of folded dipole. The High Gain Yagi antenna with reflector is supplied with N termination fixed on the driven element. The grid reflector increases the front to back ratio and reduced the side lobe level. This directional high gain yagi antenna comes factory tuned and does not require any field adjustment. The small surface area on the high gain yagi antenna minimizes wind resistance and conserves tower loading capacity.

Radiating elements, supporting booms and adjoining metal castings of High Gain Yagi antenna have been constructed in 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural anodized aluminium alloys to prevent corrosion. Our VHF UHF High Gain Yagi antenna is supplied with powder coating finish to protect the yagi antenna further from severe environmental conditions.

The VHF High Gain Yagi antennas when packed, comes with elements removed from the antenna boom for ease of packing and transportation where as the UHF High Gain Yagi Antennas comes in pre-assembled design with permanently fixed elements in to the support boom.

Antenna Experts High Gain Yagi antenna design reflects innovative modern antenna construction. The unique design of the yagi antenna feed which works as matching device to keep the VSWR low resulting in increased efficiency of the yagi antenna.
