AWD-20-1300 Ultra Wide Band VHF UHF Discone Antenna 20-1300MHz

AWD-20-1300 Ultra Wide Band VHF UHF Military Discone Antenna 20-1300MHz

Antenna Experts manufacturer & exporter of military standards heavy duty VHF UHF ultra wide band discone antenna. Antenna Experts antenna systems provides passive antenna in compact, versatile form factors that provide extreme wide band performance. Antenna Experts offer a wide range of military grade discone antennas covering the HF VHF UHF frequency bands (20-6000 MHz UWB discone antenna) for defense or military monitoring, scanning, receiving, signal intelligence, jamming and transmitting application.

The wide vertical beam-width AWD-20-1300 VHF UHF wide band passive military discone antenna allows clear communication for ground-to-ground, ground-to-sea and ground-to-air applications. The wide band passive military discone antenna when packed comes with cone and disc elements removed from the antenna body for ease of handling, packing and transportation. The use of 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural aluminum alloy as main antenna materials and marine grade type 316 stainless steel mounting brackets of ultra wide band passive discone antenna allow several years of maintainance free life.

The AWD-20-1300 wideband military grade VHF UHF discone antenna is heavy duty, quickly assembled and designed to MIL-STD for HF VHF UHF communications. The epoxy based powder coating on all metal surfaces ensures complete protection from corrosive gases, ultraviolet radiation, salt spray, acid rain and sand storms in desert environments. The ultra wide band military discone antenna can be assembled in the field within 5 minutes with simple hand tools. The antenna is supplied with olive green color. Customized color can also be supplied on request.

Military grade AWD-20-1300 ultra wide band passive VHF UHF discone antenna uses 6063T6 ultra corrosion resistant architectural aluminum alloy and is specially designed for omni-directional coverage. Due to its low VSWR through entire band from 20-1300 MHz, this ultra wide band discone antenna can be used as a transmitting and receiving antenna with high efficiency, to meet the broadband requirement of a base station antenna such as spectrum monitoring or jamming application without having the requirement of multiple antenna.

MIL-STD AWD-20-1300 wide band military grade VHF UHF discone antenna when packed comes with cone and disc elements removed from the antenna body for ease of packing and shipment. The AWD20-1300 wide band discone antenna is rugged all weather model, does not require any field tuning or adjustments. The complete defense discone antenna is supplied with powder coating finish to protect the antenna further from severe environmental conditions.

The VHF UHF ultra wide band military discone antenna AWD-20-1300 allows easy handling and specially designed mounting hardware results in fast installation. The cone and disc hubs of wide band discone antennas are made of high quality aluminium alloy and all fasteners are made of type 316 marine grade stainless steel. UWB discone antenna termination and feed cable lie enclosed inside the mounting pipe for complete weather protection.
